Learn about their packages, license requirements, and how to take advantage of them"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Progress <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" href=\"https:\/\/rega.gov.sa\/\">Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a>as part of its ongoing efforts to develop and improve the real estate sector in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>This service aims to raise the efficiency of real estate advertising and facilitate the customer's experience in creating a real estate advertising license. This service also allows real estate brokers to obtain license packages<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/53002\/\"> Real estate advertising<\/a> <\/strong>According to their needs and the number of advertisements they wish to publish, according to certain controls and conditions set by the Authority to regulate the real estate advertising activity.<\/p>\n<p>To benefit from this service, real estate brokers must be established brokers and have a valid license. The process is done by accessing the KDIPA platform, choosing the appropriate package and paying the fee electronically, after that, the package is activated and the real estate broker can start publishing his real estate advertisements.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Advertising License Packages<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>KDIPA offers three real estate advertising licensing packages for real estate brokers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Real Estate Ad Package (1), which allows 50 real estate ads to be published.<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate Ad Package (2), which allows 250 real estate ads to be published.<\/li>\n<li>Real Estate Ad Package (B), which allows 150 real estate ads to be published<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Requirements for issuing a real estate advertising license<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To post a real estate ad, the following steps must be taken:<\/li>\n<li>Val's brokerage and marketing license is valid.<\/li>\n<li>Register the brokerage contract (which includes the scope of marketing) with the property owner.<\/li>\n<li>Issuing an advertising license that includes advertising data and paying the advertising license fee to the Public Authority for Real Estate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Steps to issue a real estate advertising license:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to \u201ce-Services of the Public Authority for Real Estate\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the role of \u201cIndividual Broker\u201d or \u201cOrganization Broker\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Head over to the Real Estate Ads page.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cCreate a real estate advertising license\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cStart Service\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the source brokerage contract in the previous step.<\/li>\n<li>If the contract does not appear, please make sure the \u201cMarketing\u201d domain is selected during contract creation.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cContinue to next step\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Enter all the information requested in the ad:<\/li>\n<li>Property information<\/li>\n<li>Advertising License Information<\/li>\n<li>Property address<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cContinue to next step\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Review the advertising license data.<\/li>\n<li>Agree to validate the information.<\/li>\n<li>Pay the real estate advertising license fee (SR 50)<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cIssuing a real estate advertising license\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>The advertising license has been issued.<\/li>\n<li>Please copy the ad number so that you can use it in your ad posting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Real Estate Advertising Regulations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In August, the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Real Estate (P.A.R.E.) issued a directive to strengthen the reliability of the market and curb fake advertisements.\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/58118\/\">Real Estate Advertising Regulations<\/a>\u201dwhich aims to reduce the number of fake ads related to the real estate sector, thus enhancing its reliability and increasing the credibility of the advertising platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The regulations governing the real estate advertisement licensing service include that the advertiser must be a Saudi national, and the advertisers must be registered through the national access platform, or the advertiser must be the owner of the property, or an agent of the owner under a legitimate agency, or a real estate broker under a written authorization or a judicial order, in addition to the need for the advertisement to include the name and description of the advertiser or a legal entity
