Spanning an area of 35 million square meters, providing more than 50,000 housing units capable of accommodating over 250,000 residents, and features more than 190 vital facilities ranging from educational, health, sports, and recreational facilities and services to parks, mosques, and places of worship.<\/p>\n<p>Green spaces cover an area of more than 6 million square meters, bringing vitality and breathtaking natural beauty to the suburb, with per capita green space reaching 26 square meters\u2014in line with the goals of the Saudi Green Initiative. The suburb also aims to plant more than half a million trees, equivalent to 8 trees for every residential unit.<\/p>\n<p>The Spanish company Orbass operates in more than 20 countries and has developed more than 30,000 residential units in various countries around the world; it also has extensive experience in real estate development and construction.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth noting that National Housing recently announced that, during the first quarter of this year, 1,450 residential units were sold for a total value exceeding 1.6 billion riyals across a number of projects in the Al-Fursan suburb, where sales have been on the rise since the beginning of this year. This is due to National Housing\u2019s commitment to providing a vibrant environment that elevates the concept of quality of life in every detail, creating a new and innovative lifestyle that goes
