total asset values of public and private funds <span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000\" href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/64755\/\">real estate investment<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u201d with a growth rate of 33% by the end of the fourth quarter of 2023, an increase of 40.9 billion riyals to reach 164.5 billion riyals compared to 123.7 billion riyals at the end of the corresponding quarter of 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The Capital Market attributed the growth in the assets of real estate investment funds to the increase in the number of public and private real estate funds, which reached 408 funds by the end of Q4 2023 compared to 254 funds by the end of Q4 2022, a growth of 60.61%, an increase equivalent to 154 new funds.<\/p>\n<p>The prospectus also showed that the number of subscribers in Q4 2023 increased by 213% with an increase in the number of subscribers to 4296 to reach 63143 subscribers compared to 20181 subscribers in Q4 2022.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">Real estate fund assets rise<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The asset values of real estate investment funds increased by 34% by the end of the fourth quarter of 2023, compared to the same period in 2022, to reach 164.2 billion riyals, representing 38% of the total asset values of private funds of 435.6 billion riyals, compared to 122.98 billion riyals, an increase of 41.3 billion riyals, representing 35% of the total asset values of private funds of 352.1 billion riyals.<\/p>\n<p>While the number of \u201c<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.saudiexchange.sa\/wps\/portal\/saudiexchange\/ourmarkets\/funds-market-watch\/reits?locale=ar\">Real estate funds<\/a><\/strong><\/span> At the end of 4Q2023, 404 funds accounted for 41% of the total number of 994 private funds, compared to 249 funds for the same period, an increase of 155 funds, a growth of 62%, accounting for 36% of the total number of 686 private funds in 4Q2022.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the number of subscribers to \u201cprivate real estate funds\u201d also increased to 61128 subscribers, representing 66% of the total number of subscribers in private funds of 92410, compared to 17631 funds, a year-on-year growth of 247% and an increase of 43497 funds during the period,
