owners of commercial and residential buildings and usufruct owners are committed to ensuring that their buildings are free of visual distortion, to provide a healthy and sustainable urban environment, improve the urban landscape, raise the visual attractiveness of the city, and improve the investment environment.<\/p>\n<p>The Secretariat explained that to date it has issued more than 1530 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/62056\/\">Building Compliance Certificate<\/a><\/strong> At the level of the Tabuk region and its affiliated municipalities.<\/p>\n<p>The Municipality called on owners of commercial and residential buildings and usufruct owners to quickly address all elements of visual distortion of buildings according to the procedures manual, and they can issue a
