opening job opportunities, in addition to increasing the sector's contribution to non-oil GDP.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement to Al-Ikhbariya channel, Al-Mufaraj said that the system contributes to increasing the real estate supply in real estate products, especially in the residential field, and in addition to the system, the executive regulations contribute to the existence of financing channels for developers, which enhances the confidence of investors in the real estate sector in the Kingdom and creates promising investment opportunities, especially for small and medium enterprises in the real estate development market, sustainability of activity and opening employment opportunities in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>He added that real estate developers can obtain special licenses for their projects, whether for marketing or sale, through the official portal of the General Real Estate Authority, indicating that new developers can request qualification to this system through a
