Municipality<\/a><\/strong> During the month of April, the Abu Arish Municipality conducted 187 construction inspections in the residential neighborhoods of the governorate and its affiliated villages to monitor construction violations and ensure compliance with municipal regulations, as part of its efforts to control buildings and facilities, and limit<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/33735\/\"> Construction violations<\/a><\/strong>and improve the quality of projects.<\/p>\n<p>The Municipality explained that the field teams issued 16 construction-related violations during the tours, indicating that the number of approved construction license applications reached 28 applications, while the number of occupancy certificates reached 17 certificates.<\/p>\n<p>She pointed out that the control tours are part of the municipality's efforts to preserve the public appearance and remove any violations, by organizing and following up the implementation of construction works for buildings, ensuring their conformity with the licenses issued by the municipality, complying with all building specifications, limiting violations of all
