Signed National Housing Company<\/a><\/strong> 20 agreements to invest in industrial and logistics zones to secure supply chains in the construction sector with a number of local and international companies on the sidelines of the Supply Chain Forum<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the first day of the forum, Zamil Industrial, Trade and Transportation Company, Shidi Factory, Pravat Mina LLC, RAK Ceramics PJSC, Zhejiang Tata Home Sale home sale Co, Ltd, Zhejiang Jiashiyibao Board Co Ltd, and Wuhu COZY Residential Equipment Co, Ltd were signed to establish factories in the industrial city and provide logistics services, contributing to securing supply chains.<\/p>\n

Through the industrial city, National Housing seeks to attract investment with major foreign factories to the Kingdom and localize them to secure supply chains for the company's projects and its subsidiaries, and ensure their implementation on time and with high quality, by taking advantage of Chinese experiences in addition to the entry of a number of local factories.<\/p>\n

The agreements come as an extension of the strategic partnership with China's CITIC Group to establish an industrial city and logistics zones, to contribute to securing building materials in high abundance, which will facilitate the delivery of projects to contractors and developers, and will contribute to reducing the costs of constructing residential units, as this will lead to lower selling prices of units while maintaining the quality of construction work, to provide them with the highest standards and on time to customers.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that National Housing Company<\/a><\/strong> is the pioneer and enabler of the real estate development sector and the largest major developer of suburbs and urban communities in the Kingdom that are characterized by quality of life, pumping more than 300 thousand housing units by the end of 2025 in 9 suburbs and 6 residential communities on an area exceeding 100 million m2 and accommodating more than one and a half million citizens, as part of the company's keenness to increase the real estate supply and housing options according to international standards.
