The CEO said National Housing Company<\/a><\/strong>The company witnessed the highest sales value in its history during the month of May, with total sales exceeding SAR 3 billion.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Al Arabiya, Al-Batti added that the significant increase in demand for the residential projects developed by the company, explaining that these projects are widely popular, and that the prices of residential units are lower by between 20% and 25% compared to similar units in the surrounding projects, ensuring a competitive product in terms of quality and price.<\/p>\n

The head of National Housing<\/a><\/strong> The official sale was launched in the Makkah Gate suburb in cooperation with five real estate developers, noting that this project represents the beginning of the company's projects in the holy city of Makkah. He also announced plans to launch additional projects soon in the western region, including Jeddah, Makkah, Medina, and Taif.<\/p>\n
