Riyadh's dream is just around the corner<\/span><\/h4>\n

Riyadh is armed with many advantages and tools that will soon make it an exceptional city, not only at the level of the Kingdom, but also at the level of the Middle East and the world, through plans launched by Vision 2030, which was blessed by the rulers, promising to transform Riyadh into a model city in everything.<\/p>\n

The history of Riyadh reveals old plans and programs that the city enjoyed, as the capital of the country, and these plans and programs were led - initially - by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, when he was the emir of the capital for nearly five decades, and the vision and its godfather, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, completed the march, and strengthened the capital with ideas and programs from outside the box, aimed at turning Riyadh into a financial and business capital, and turning it into a financial center for the Middle East, and this dream seems very close.<\/p>\n

Amid the revival that Vision 2030 is making on the ground, we find that state institutions are working in an integrated manner, according to several plans and programs, with specific goals, and many of these goals are not waived, and many of these goals are the share of the capital, Riyadh, which today receives official attention, to be a Saudi city with international specifications, such as the pressure exerted by the Public Investment Fund to convince international financial companies to strengthen their presence locally, specifically in Riyadh, and companies that do not show sufficient commitment to the Kingdom may find it difficult to win large business in the Kingdom heading towards huge investments. This scene is reminiscent of 2021, when the kingdom announced its headquarters law as a way to incentivize foreign direct investment and encourage global companies to reinvest some of the money they earned from working with the government in the country.<\/p>\n

There is no doubt that official efforts to show Riyadh potential<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, when he announced in clear terms that the state seeks to make Riyadh one of the 10 largest economies in the world, through a general strategy aimed at developing the city, as part of plans to diversify sources of income and grow the economy, and added to this his assertion that all the characteristics that Riyadh possesses give possibilities to create jobs, create growth in the economy, create investments, and create many opportunities, as well as the ability to attract about twenty million people to live safely in it, especially after the capital received the \u201cGreen Riyadh\u201d initiative that will turn the city into a green spot, healthy and clean air.<\/p>\n

The official interest in Riyadh is not new, as it echoes a global trend that believes in the importance of activating Economy of cities<\/a><\/strong><\/span>It is currently practiced in many countries of the world, which today boast economic cities, such as London in England, New York and Los Angeles in the United States of America, Tokyo in Japan, Hong Kong in Hong Kong, Toronto in Canada and others, and from here, we do not rule out that Riyadh will join the top 10 economic cities in the world, and this dream is closer than ever before.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
