the Board of Grievances and<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/momrah.gov.sa\/ar\">Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing<\/a> <\/strong>on the one hand, and the Real Estate Development Fund on the other.<\/p>\n<p>The two agreements aim to digitally link with Tanfeeth's administrative platform to govern the execution procedures at the Administrative Court of Execution, and come as an extension of several agreements signed by the Grievance Court with other government entities, in implementation of the decision of the Administrative Judiciary Council to submit execution requests to administrative authorities through direct linkage and digital integration with Tanfeeth's administrative platform.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Grievances is keen to complete the newly launched administrative enforcement process through direct linkage and digital integration with all administrative authorities, to facilitate judicial procedures and raise their quality in enforcing rights and achieving governance in enforcement requests in accordance with the enforcement system before the Board of Grievances, which reflects positively on achieving the goals of the Board in building
