to the same period last year.<\/p>\n<p>The economic report for the Medina region for the first quarter of 2024 issued by the Medina Chamber indicated that<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/65700\/\"> Contracting sector<\/a><\/strong> which includes all construction, renovation, extension, installation, finishing, and road works activities, has witnessed great popularity during the recent period, as the number of activities in this sector during the first quarter of 2024 increased by 21.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/?s=%D8%BA%D8%B1%D9%81%D8%A9+%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%8A%D9%86%D8%A9\">Medina Chamber<\/a><\/strong> The first
