Announced National Housing Company<\/a> <\/strong>NHC kicks off the fourth edition of the Promise Program\u201c<\/a><\/strong>to train and qualify 150 candidates from the country's sons and daughters in a number of fields, at the Interactive Center in Khazam, north of the capital, Riyadh.<\/p>\n

The program comes as an extension of the previous batches and the realization of its promising vision to invest in the development of the next generation of recent graduates in various disciplines and universities, by training and qualifying national cadres for the labor market in various cities and regions of the Kingdom, with professional outputs and contributing to enriching the development industry in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

This year, Wa'ed 4 aims to train and qualify 150 candidates from engineering colleges and other related disciplines. The program offers a range of training methods, including on-the-job training using various training methods, continuous support from qualified supervisors and trainers, and an opportunity for practical application through field visits to projects, in cooperation with a selection of National Housing's partners from real estate developers, which enhances the development of professional work skills and raises the level of knowledge and competencies.<\/p>\n

National Housing affirmed its commitment to supporting national cadres and providing training opportunities that contribute to developing their skills by creating the necessary environment to develop their ambitions and abilities with high professionalism, as the Wa'ed program in all its versions aims to support local content with training capabilities that enable the sons and daughters of the country to enter with high efficiency in the labor market, in order to drive knowledge and competency standards and apply best practices, especially in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

The company explained that the program follows several training phases over six months, including on-the-job training, field visits, workshops, training courses, final evaluation and graduation, to provide them with a practical experience that qualifies them and enables them to work professionally and make them able to build a bright professional future.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that \u201cNational Housing<\/a><\/strong>\u201dThe fourth edition of the program, which was designed according to a five-year plan that aims to train and qualify more than 500 candidates from recent graduates until 2025, was launched last May as part of its efforts to support and develop local content with training programs that attract young future talents and enable them to work professionally and acquire multiple experiences and skills in various fields by working with highly experienced people, which in turn will contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to position the Kingdom as a leader at all levels and at the forefront of the world's countries.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
