The Minister of Justice and President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Dr. Walid bin Muhammad Al-Samaani, directed the completion of the process of emptying and receiving the land instrument through the auction announced by the State Property Corporation to sell (84) separate residential and commercial plots of land in the neighborhoods of Al-Raid, Al-Rahmaniya and Muhammadiya in Riyadh city within the scope of plans No. (205-208-209) within the state property not suitable for the use of government agencies or public facilities, directly at the site of the auction.<\/p>\n
By assigning a number of notaries and specialists in the first notary office in Riyadh to quickly finalize the procedures for documenting the sale of state-owned lands to citizens directly.<\/p>\n
The Ministry's Agency for Notarial Affairs explained that His Excellency the Minister of Justice directed a number of notaries to complete the process of immediate emptying to those who were awarded the auction by purchasing one of these plots after taking the legal justifications to complete the emptying process and receive the land deed directly at the auction site.<\/p>\n
His Excellency's directives come out of the Ministry of Justice's belief in the importance of speeding up documentation procedures while maintaining accuracy in the process and confidentiality of information in supporting the local economy in the Kingdom and preserving the real estate wealth.<\/p>\n
