The average price per meter in the first quarter was recorded at SAR 1,438, while the average price per meter in the second quarter was SAR 1,369.<\/p>\n<p>According to the data published by Al-Ekhbariya, the number of real estate transactions that took place during the first quarter in Dammam amounted to 1,336 real estate transactions compared to 884 transactions in the second
