Prices for the largest-diameter rebar also continued to rise, with 16-mm-diameter rebar recording a 2.2% increase to 2,687.96 Saudi riyals per metric ton, while 18-mm rebar rose by 2.4% to 2,689.74 Saudi riyals per metric ton.<\/p>\n

In the same context, prices for electrical wires in all categories rose by between 6.9% and 9.4%, with prices ranging from 1.1 Saudi riyals per meter to 2.64 Saudi riyals per meter. It was also reported that Prices of Electrical Cables<\/a> <\/strong>Prices rose by between 6.1% and 10.5%, ranging from 48.02 Saudi riyals per meter to 533.2 Saudi riyals per meter.<\/p>\n

In addition, prices for most types of lumber rose on a month-over-month basis, with Chilean lumber being the only exception, as its price fell.<\/p>\n

The price of 250 kg-grade concrete stood at 199.6 riyals per cubic meter, up 1.7%. As for standard 350 kg concrete, the price reached 208.7 riyals per cubic meter, an increase of 0.4%. As for standard concrete with a strength of 250 kg, its price rose to 189.62 riyals per cubic meter, an increase of 1.4%.<\/p>\n

In the sector Building materials<\/a><\/strong> Meanwhile, the price of domestic gypsum rose to 16.42 riyals, marking an increase of 4.4%. The price of fine white sand recorded a significant increase of 12.4%, reaching 69.36 riyals per cubic meter. The price of red sand also increased by 18.5%, reaching 31.41 riyals per cubic meter. The price of mixed sand rose by 12.5%, reaching 49 riyals per cubic meter.<\/p>\n

As for block prices, they saw a slight decline, with the price of 15-cm black blocks falling by 0.7%, and the price of 20-cm blocks by 1.5% on a monthly and annual basis, respectively, bringing the price of the former to 1,705.72 riyals and the latter to 1,756.83 riyals.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
