and operation of a number of government digital platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The operating contract with Korea's NEVER, one of the leading companies with a wide range of AI solutions and advanced cloud services, includes integration with GIS datasets and spatial layers to lay the initial foundations for the advanced digital solutions that National Housing - through Baladi - is developing and operating in the Kingdom's major cities, including 3D maps of cities, and creating simulation models as a virtual representation of urban planning, flood management, control centers, and monitoring and control.<\/p>\n<p>National Housing is the pioneer and enabler of the real estate development sector, and the largest master developer of suburban and residential communities characterized by quality of life, as it seeks to build sustainable strategic partnerships, attract quality investment opportunities that will achieve higher and faster development in the real estate sector, and
