consumers in Shroura Governorate, according to the Guaranteed Standards of Electricity Service Manual, automatically and without the need to submit a complaint or claim by the consumers, and within the time period (10 days) previously determined by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Authority issued on 8\/1\/1446 AH corresponding to 14\/7\/2024 AD.<\/p>\n<p>This comes as a continuation of the measures taken in accordance with the directives of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Regulatory Authority (SARA). <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/63472\/\">Electricity<\/a> <\/strong>Regarding the outage that occurred in the electrical service in Shroura Governorate on Friday 6\/1\/1446 AH corresponding to 12\/7\/2024 AD, which included all consumers in the governorate.<\/p>\n<p>The authority emphasized that what it has done and is doing on this issue comes as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the electrical services provided to consumers and to protect their rights.<\/p>\n<p>The Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority (SERA) called on all consumers to contact it in case of any complaints or
