IT Service Management System Quality Certificate from the International Organization for Standardization, confirming that the Land Registry applies the best international standards in providing digital services effectively to meet the needs of the beneficiaries of the Land Registry platform.<\/p>\n<p>This certification recognizes the commitment of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rer.sa\/\">Cadastre<\/a><\/strong> By providing highly efficient digital services that enhance reliability and transparency in the real estate sector, and contribute to achieving sustainability and growth in the real estate system, by developing an integrated digital infrastructure and providing technology-enabled services and innovative solutions that facilitate the experience of owners and investors in managing their properties.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, CEO of the Real Estate Registry, explained that since its establishment, the Real Estate Registry has focused on adopting technical solutions and employing them to achieve its ambitious vision in developing real estate wealth by digitizing procedures and providing a unified source of real estate information and data, through the Real Estate Registry platform, through which properties are currently registered and title deeds are issued that include all the main information about the property, and the platform provides all services that facilitate the experience of beneficiaries in managing their real estate units.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that the occurrence of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/67186\/\">Cadastre<\/a> <\/strong>The quality certificate in IT service management is a result of his efforts in promoting digital transformation in his internal and external business, developing a digital transformation strategy, and adopting a comprehensive approach that includes policies and procedures that improve decision-making, increase efficiency, quality and effectiveness in IT services, and meet the digital transformation targets of Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>The ISO\/IEC 20000 IT Service Management System Quality Certificate provides knowledge on how to develop and implement policies and procedures for internal and external compliance, in order to fulfill the requirements for
