href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/lBt1oOlnEz\">Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong> During the month of July, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development participated in 11 joint monitoring tours that included visiting 173 real estate establishments in Riyadh, Eastern Province and Makkah, with the aim of ensuring compliance with real estate legislation in general and<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/67739\/\">Real Estate Brokerage System<\/a><\/strong> In particular, the jurisdiction of the participating government entities in relation to localization and licensing of establishments.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the authority explained that field work is one of the tracks it is working on to regulate the real estate market, as its teams visited 21,194 different real estate facilities and sites, which resulted in the monitoring of 11,367<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/64595\/\"> Real estate ad<\/a><\/strong> The Authority also received 603 real estate reports through its various channels, which were dealt with and processed, while the number of real estate ads that were scanned to verify compliance with the system through the electronic path reached more than 26,887 real estate ads, as the Authority adopts electronic monitoring that targets digital channels and real estate platforms to verify the legality of the system <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/58118\/\">Real estate advertising<\/a><\/strong> and digital real estate brokerage practices in accordance with laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The General Authority for Real Estate called on all brokers and real estate service providers to comply with the rules of the real estate regulations, and to see the violations to avoid penalties, which include warnings, suspension or revocation of the license or financial fines, and the executive regulations of the system have determined the classification of violations and the penalties prescribed for them, and called on citizens and residents to submit their reports in case of suspicion of real estate violations or real estate fraud through the response path for
