Adopted Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers<\/a><\/strong> Rules governing the provision of real estate appraisal services to financial entities.<\/p>\n

These rules aim to organize the business of providing Real estate appraisal<\/a> <\/strong>for financing entities by defining the necessary provisions, controls and requirements for this.<\/p>\n

The requirements for registering a facility include Real estate appraisal<\/a> <\/strong>The certified appraiser and the appraisal facility must meet all the provisions and rules governing the profession. In addition, the appraiser or one of the professional partners in the appraisal facility must obtain a Fellowship Certificate in the real estate appraisal branch.<\/p>\n

The rules also require that the number of experience hours recorded in the facility's account in the Authority's electronic systems is not less than 5,000 hours of experience in the evaluation branch, that the number of board members joining the evaluation facility is not less than five members, and that the remaining period of validity of the license is not less than 120 days.<\/p>\n

According to the law, the minimum financial compensation for real estate valuation services provided for the benefit of financing entities through the \u201cQim\u201d platform is determined by a decision of the CEO of the Authority based on the recommendation of the competent department. This decision aims to ensure that valuation facilities are able to fulfill all statutory and professional obligations in the valuation reports issued through the platform for the valuation of real estate assets of all types.<\/p>\n

The Qayyim platform will disburse financial dues to real estate valuation organizations for successful applications on a monthly basis after payment from the financing entities and tax invoices are submitted by the valuation organizations, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of completion of the payment and invoicing procedures.<\/p>\n
