During the first half of the current calendar year, the committees of the Development Agency at Al-Ahsa Municipality completed their work to address 71 requests through the Regulatory and Planning Excesses Assessment Committee, and recovered 34 sites with an area of 335,000 square meters by the Committee for Removing Encroachments on Government Lands, while the Planning and Major Projects Committee approved 43 recommendations.<\/p>\n

He pointed out that during the same period, the Municipality issued 577 licenses for the construction of residential projects and 68 commercial licenses, completed 935 requests for merging and sorting land plots, allocated about 50 lands to government sectors of various sizes, issued cadastral decisions for requests to \u201dmodify\/update\u201d the data of 1472 deeds, and approved 6 plans that include \u201d195 residential plots, 23 service facilities, and 17 commercial plots.
