that the buildings in question were non-commercial structures that had been illegally converted into commercial stores, which could pose multiple risks due to excessive loads on electrical wiring and the use of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/67504\/\">Residential buildings<\/a> <\/strong>As storage facilities for flammable or hazardous materials, ill-considered changes to these locations or modifications to the infrastructure could negatively affect the building\u2019s stability and structural integrity.<\/p>\n<p>She noted that the signs on the buildings in violation had
