announced Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong> on the commencement of the Real estate registration<\/a><\/strong> For (198,842 real estate parcels) in 18 neighborhoods in the Riyadh region, starting on September 29, 2024, corresponding to Rabi\u2019 al-Awwal 26, 1446 AH, through the end of the day on January 2, 2025 CE, corresponding to 2 Rajab 1446 AH.<\/p>\n

The Authority clarified that the neighborhoods benefiting from Cadastre<\/a> <\/strong>At this stage, it includes the following neighborhoods: (Al-Saada Neighborhood, Al-Fayha Neighborhood, Al-Sali Neighborhood, Al-Jazira Neighborhood, Al-Nour Neighborhood, Al-Aziziyah Neighborhood, Al-Musana\u2019 Neighborhood, Al-Mansoura Neighborhood (Khanashlila), Al-Ramal Neighborhood, King Khalid International Airport, Sidra Neighborhood, Al-Bayan Neighborhood, Al-Janadriyah Neighborhood, Al-Nizam Neighborhood, Al-Nadwa District, Al-Ramaya District, Al-Safa District, Al-Farouq District), noting that the districts were selected based on specific criteria, and that the remaining regions and districts subject to on-site property registration across the Kingdom will be announced in due course in the coming periods.<\/p>\n

The Real Estate Authority noted that initial registration of properties in these areas will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform: https:\/\/rer.sa
\nor through service centers, noting that in-person registration requires a title deed that meets the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process. The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-person registration to verify their property title deeds and ensure they meet the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, Inquiries about the registration steps can be made through the Authority\u2019s official platforms or by calling the customer service center at 199002.<\/p>\n

Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered, and the title deed will include property data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations associated with accurate geospatial information to contribute to enhancing the infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector, as the real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
