{"id":68559,"date":"2024-08-28T13:16:44","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T10:16:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=68559"},"modified":"2025-11-26T02:06:53","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T02:06:53","slug":"%d9%85%d9%84%d8%a7%d9%83-%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%a3%d8%b1%d8%a7%d8%b6%d9%8a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/68559\/","title":{"rendered":"Municipality of Tabuk invites landowners on the main axes to fence their land"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Announced <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tabukm.gov.sa\/\">Tabuk Municipality<\/a><\/strong> about entering the<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/68525\/\"> Land fencing<\/a><\/strong> In the third phase, 141 plots are targeted for fencing, calling on all landowners to fence their lands to avoid financial penalties.<\/p>\n<p>The third phase targeted for fencing in Tabuk includes 30 pieces on Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road, 20 pieces on King Abdulaziz Road, 22 pieces on King Abdullah Road, 34 pieces on Prince Sultan Road, and 35 pieces on King Fahd Road.<\/p>\n<p>The Municipality of Tabuk called on the owners of vacant land to expedite the issuance of fencing licenses through the \u201cBaladi\u201d platform, in accordance with the forms, standards and controls approved by the Ministry, in order to avoid the fines approved by the Ministry in the amount of 100 riyals per linear meter, where the fine is repeated every two weeks in case of non-implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative aims to control vacant lands located in commercial streets, unify their appearance with the surrounding buildings, reduce the accumulation of waste inside these lands, protect them from encroachment, and clarify the boundaries of ownership of the land. The Municipality is working on an awareness campaign targeting the owners of vacant lands located on the main axes in its third phase by notifying landowners to review the Municipality and correct the status of their lands, and facilitate the procedures for obtaining the required permits for fencing in accordance with the fencing guide launched by the Ministry, which contributes to improving the urban landscape and addressing visual distortion, as well as protecting owners from encroachment and misuse of land, and raising the level of humanization of
