Signed National Housing Company<\/strong><\/span> NHC signed an agreement with Tawal to cooperate in the field of telecommunication tower infrastructure and enable the implementation of applications in the urban projects developed by National Housing Company (NHC) in various regions of the Kingdom. The signing ceremony took place in Khuzam suburb, north of Riyadh. National Housing was represented by Mr. Abdullah Al-Maikel, Head of Land Development Sector, and Tawal was represented by Mr. Saud Al-Tuaimi, Head of Financial Sector.<\/p>\n

The agreement aims to cooperate in providing ICT services for projects supervised by National Housing in various regions of the Kingdom, including telecommunications tower infrastructure services, internal solutions infrastructure, small cells, and smart pole services, in addition to providing mobile coverage and 5G internet to enable National Housing suburbs and communities to implement smart city applications through standardized studies, roadmap building, and supporting steps for this goal.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that National Housing Company<\/a><\/strong> is the pioneer and enabler of the real estate development sector and the largest major developer of suburbs and urban communities in the Kingdom that are characterized by quality of life, pumping more than 300 thousand housing units by the end of 2025 in 9 suburbs and 6 residential communities on an area exceeding 100 million m2 and accommodating more than one and a half million citizens, as part of the company's keenness to increase the real estate supply and housing options according to international standards. It seeks to find solutions to secure supply chains with high quality and more sustainable construction materials, as part of the company's keenness to increase the real estate supply with housing options according to international standards, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, by raising the percentage of residential ownership for Saudi families to 70%<\/p>\n
