With significant government support and numerous benefits, this product contributes to realizing the dream of owning a customized home that meets the needs and aspirations of Saudi families. However, success in this project requires careful planning and continuous follow-up throughout all stages of construction to ensure that the financing is maximized and the desired goals are achieved.<\/p>\n<p>The program explained a number of conditions that must be met by the beneficiaries of the self-build product in order to benefit from the support, which include the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Applicants must be of Saudi nationality.<\/li>\n<li>Be 25 years of age or older.<\/li>\n<li>Be a head of household (married or have children).<\/li>\n<li>Not to have benefited from any previous housing support.<\/li>\n<li>Have residential land owned in his or her name or in the name of his or her spouse.<\/li>\n<li>Have a monthly income not exceeding SAR 14,000.<\/li>\n<li>The land must be zoned for residential use.<\/li>\n<li>An area of not less than 300 square meters and not more than 1000 square meters.<\/li>\n<li>The land must be free of any structures or buildings.<\/li>\n<li>The land must be available for construction in accordance with local laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Sakani also requires that the design of the house must comply with the building standards approved by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.<\/li>\n<li>Also, the construction must be carried out by an authorized and qualified contractor.<\/li>\n<li>The
