The third day of the month of Rabi al-Thani 1446 AH, corresponding to October 6, 2024 Tenth Anniversary of the Pledge of Allegiance<\/strong><\/span> When the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz assumed the reins of government in the country, the Kingdom ushered in a new era of development, prosperity and prosperity, until it became a number that is difficult to surpass in international forums when talking about modern renaissance.<\/p>\n

This great leap was crowned by the success of other sectors and their contribution to the national product, and thanks to these enlightening ideas supervised by the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - A number of mega projects were launched in all regions of the Kingdom, such as Neom, the Red Sea, Qiddiya, The Line, Amala, and residential projects in its various suburbs, attracting foreign direct investments and encouraging them to settle and pump their money into the arteries of the local economy, and the programs and initiatives launched by government agencies and their tributaries encouraged entrepreneurship and harnessed their capabilities to enhance the role of the private sector in participating in the success of all that was planned, and the best example is the \u201cprivatization\u201d of a large sector of government and development services, and women received a generous share of qualification, training, and.<\/p>\n

During King Salman's reign, the real estate sector received special attention, as its departments were structured, the sources of legislation were unified, real estate wealth was digitized, and distortions were addressed, making it one of the most organized and ambitious sectors.<\/p>\n
