The focus should be on developing logistics facilities such as warehouses and logistics cities, not just traditional construction.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Multiple experiences to support success<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Al Khoury presented three key points that enhance InnoVest's ability to achieve its goals:<\/p>\n<p>1. Logistics expertise: Despite its newness, Innovest has managed to attract a group of local and international experts.<\/p>\n<p>2. Real estate development: Since 2017, InnoVest has a track record of successful projects in various sectors.<\/p>\n<p>3. Financial engineering: Innovest strives to be a strong investment partner for logistics companies, enhancing market confidence.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Seeing the future<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>At the end of his talk, Al Khoury pointed out the future trends of the sector, with a focus on technological innovations and environmental preservation.
