What do you know about them, how to enter into them and how to benefit from them?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sca.sa\/ar\/standardcontract\">Model contracts<\/a><\/strong> is an initiative of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sca.sa\/\">Saudi Contractors Authority<\/a><\/strong> Through its implementation, it aims to build electronic model contracts ready for use by contractors, individuals and subcontractors, in order to regulate the contractual relationship between the parties in small and medium-sized projects, and to preserve the rights of contractors and owners alike, by reducing points of disagreement, dispute and legal issues as well as raising the quality of implementation, including all legal and technical aspects related to project details and is available to all contractors registered in KDIPA.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Organizing the construction industry\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Model contracts are one of the most important tools for organizing the contracting sector by regulating the contractual relationship between the parties in small and medium-sized projects, and to preserve the rights of contractors and owners.
