Shujaa<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Many people seek to form their own business or economic project for many reasons, including maximizing capital, manufacturing certain products or a distinctive entrepreneurial idea, and this project may extend for many years and may expand and grow and thus be difficult to manage and control due to the size of that expansion; the second or third generation of family businesses may also enter the midst of that business activity directly or indirectly, and the second or third generation of family members may enter the midst of that business activity in a direct or indirect manner.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps many of those companies that seek to develop and transform from one- and two-person companies to closed joint stock companies and thus listing on the parallel stock market, which is an ambitious and wonderful thing, provided that an important query is answered, which is what guarantees for those risks to any external investor or when the need to inject additional capital, and what is the focus of shareholders' confidence and the guarantee of sustainability as long as the decision-maker is the owner of that facility?<\/p>\n<p>The most successful reasons to answer this question are <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/laws.boe.gov.sa\/BoeLaws\/Laws\/LawDetails\/a8376aea-1bc3-49d4-9027-aed900b555af\/1\">Separating management from ownership of the company<\/a><\/strong><\/span> This approach has proven to be successful in the majority of companies globally, whereby executive management is outsourced to professionals specialized in management who are not owners or investors to ensure independence and avoid conflicts of interest.<\/p>\n<p>The effective governance of these companies is perhaps the most important element of implementing this expansion project, during which internal conflicts between owners are eliminated by professional, neutral and independent executive management, because this ambition and desire for expansion that is not accompanied by the appointment of an independent and specialized executive management is difficult to achieve because it is difficult to obtain the confidence of investors in the sustainability of this company, given that the
