Discuss Shura Council<\/strong><\/a> At its meeting held yesterday, Monday, the Council reviewed the annual report of the Real Estate Development Fund for the fiscal year 1444\/1445 AH, after hearing a report presented by the Committee on Hajj, Housing, and Services, which was read by Council member and Committee Chair Dr. Atiya Al-Atwi, regarding the contents of the Real Estate Development Fund\u2019s annual report. .<\/p>\n

After the committee\u2019s report was presented for discussion, Council members raised a number of observations and opinions regarding the contents of the Real Estate Development Fund\u2019s annual report. Shura Council member Dr. Turki Al-Anzi called on the Real Estate Development Fund
\nThe real estate sector, in coordination with government agencies that provide housing for their employees, should explore the possibility of establishing housing programs modeled after Aramco\u2019s home ownership program.<\/p>\n

For his part, Shura Council member Dr. Asim Madkhali proposed studying the introduction of incentives to promote social responsibility, with the aim of encouraging the expansion of financing products for retirees with limited incomes to support their home ownership.<\/p>\n
