Announced Royal Commission for Riyadh City<\/a> <\/strong>on lifting the moratorium on the sale, purchase, division and subdivision of large areas of Land north of Riyadh<\/a><\/strong> and the area around the new square project.<\/p>\n

The Authority indicated that the area against which the suspension was lifted in northern Riyadh is confined between King Fahd Road in the west and Prince Faisal bin Bandar Road in the east, bordered by the Special Security Forces Road in the south and the pipeline fever in the north with an area of approximately 46 million square meters, explaining that the issuance of building permits or approval of new plans will be initiated in these lands according to an urban code that the Authority is working on and will be announced within 3 months from the date of the decision. .<\/p>\n

In another matter, it was announced last week that the suspension of 4,714,900 square meters of land located in the development area of the New Square project was lifted, and the National Program for Community Development in the Regions recently called on property owners to provide the program with the necessary documents and documents of ownership of the property to start the procedures of expropriation of properties located within the scope of the New Square project in Riyadh, and the New Square Company will prepare design guidelines for the urban code in these areas and will be announced at a later date through the official accounts of the Authority after its approval.<\/p>\n
