A group revealed that Rushen<\/strong><\/a> \u2014a Public Investment Fund company\u2014has unveiled a new brand identity and an enhanced strategy that includes new categories of real estate assets, reaffirming its commitment to leading the transformation of the real estate development sector and to developing vibrant and sustainable destinations.<\/p>\n

This strategic move represents a quantum leap that reinforces \u201c\u2019s leadership\u201cRushen<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u201dFor the local real estate sector, it paves the way for a new direction in the development of mixed-use projects and multi-asset destinations, The new visual identity of the \u201cRoshon\u201d Group also embodies its commitment to diversifying its real estate portfolio, creating integrated environments that meet the needs of various segments of society, and enhancing the quality of life throughout the Kingdom, and to contribute effectively to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

Launch of a New Project Portfolio<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u201cRoshon\u201d is launching a new project portfolio that marks a major milestone in its journey and brings with it a wide variety of assets; the current portfolio includes 200 million square meters of integrated residential projects, and more than 4 million square meters of leasable space, retail space, office space, and tourism facilities, as well as infrastructure and essential services such as education, mosques, and healthcare. The portfolio also encompasses promising sectors such as transportation and logistics, including industrial zones, knowledge centers, and entertainment facilities, such as entertainment and fitness centers.<\/p>\n

This pioneering move expands the Group\u2019s business scope, as it will develop a diverse range of assets outside its integrated communities, driven by its belief in the importance of improving living standards and promoting economic growth.

The project \u201cMaravi\u201d project will help write a new chapter in the life of Jeddah and achieve one of the goals of Vision 2030 by ranking the city among the top 100 cities to live in worldwide.<\/p>\n
