passed the \u201cSupport and Empowerment Program for Real Estate Development,\u201d including 31 developers who distinguished themselves by their performance and achievement of the program's criteria.<\/p>\n<p>During his speech at the ceremony organized during the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cityscapeglobal.com\/ar\">Cityscape Global<\/a><\/strong>The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to stimulate housing supply and real estate development, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tawil, stressed the ministry's interest in honoring distinguished developers, noting the great role played by the Real Estate Development Support and Empowerment Program in raising the efficiency of the real estate sector and promoting professionalism in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that this honor comes within the framework of the ministry's keenness to sustain the real estate sector and respond to the growing demand for housing units, noting that the \u201cSupport and Empowerment\u201d program comes within the framework of the unlimited support and efforts exerted by the Housing Supply Stimulation and Real Estate Development Agency to promote the real estate development industry in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cWe seek to provide support, support, training and qualification services to the sector, so that contractors and developers participating in the \u201cSupport and Empowerment\u201d program and with the support of success partners can obtain a number of privileges, including a real estate developer qualification certificate, providing guarantees through the \u201cKafalah\u201d program for financing entities, enabling them to obtain support from the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises \u201cMonsha'at\u201d through the \u201cJadir\u201d program, in addition to accreditation from the National Housing Company (NHC) and obtaining a real estate developer qualification certificate for p-sales projects.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony witnessed a number of real estate alliances between local and international real estate development companies to enhance cooperation and raise efficiency in the real estate sector, which contributes to achieving the Kingdom's aspirations towards sustainable real estate development.<\/p>\n<p>His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing inaugurated the second edition of the largest real estate event \u201cCityscape Global 2024\u201c, under the theme \u201dThe Future of Life\", in the presence of a number of Their Highnesses and Excellencies ministers and senior officials of government agencies, companies, real estate developers - locally and internationally - and financing entities, where he announced the launch of many
