Concluded Cityscape Global<\/strong><\/a> 2024 The second edition of the world's largest real estate exhibition was held for four days from November 11-14 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh, under the theme \u201cThe Future of Life\u201d, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate, the Housing Program (one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030), and Cityscape's owner and organizer, Tahaluf.<\/p>\n

The closing ceremony was sponsored by Cityscape<\/strong><\/a> His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid Al-Hogail, and Tahaluf Chairman Faisal Al-Khamisi, in the presence of leaders of the housing system, a number of officials and heads of the organizing committees.<\/p>\n

At the end of the ceremony, Minister Al-Haqeel emphasized that the achievements made within the Cityscape Global<\/strong><\/a>He pointed out that the volume of investments and agreements signed, as well as the level of active participation from local and international parties, reflects the continuous movement and significant growth in the real estate sector, and comes in line with the ministry's role and strategic objectives within the Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

His Excellency said:\u201d We are proud of the results achieved at this important international event, which embraces major companies and development projects, reviews the most important investment opportunities, experiences and successful practices in the real estate sector, and represents a platform for integrated housing solutions and options to enable families to own their own homes. This comes within our continuous efforts to develop the real estate sector, enhance its economic and social role, and continues our success in the last edition of this event through which we seek to achieve what meets the aspirations of all and continue the wheel of development in the real estate sector.\u201d
\nHis Excellency extended his thanks and appreciation to all participants and visitors for Cityscape Global<\/strong><\/a> He praised the event's large and varied real estate offerings, easy financing products, in addition to the exchange of international experiences through quality dialog sessions, which brought together under one roof a group of local and international developers, investors, experts and interested parties.<\/p>\n

For his part, Mr. Faisal Al-Khamisi expressed his happiness with the results and achievements achieved, stressing that this year's exhibition doubled its numbers and successes with the concerted efforts of all participating and organizing parties, pointing out that the number of attendees and visitors to the exhibition exceeded 172,000 visitors, the number of exhibitors exceeded more than 400 of the most famous brands and the largest local and international companies, and the percentage of participating international companies reached 471 TP3T, and the number of speakers exceeded 550 speakers from leading experts and industry leaders representing more than 50 countries.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe success story of Cityscape, the world's largest real estate exhibition, reminds us of the saying of His Highness the Crown Prince, the inspirational leader, \u201cSuccess stories always start with a vision, and the most successful visions are those that build on strengths.\u201d In this unique global event, the real estate sector emerged as one of the elements of strength that attract investments and create promising opportunities in the Kingdom of ambition and prosperity.<\/p>\n

During his speech at the closing ceremony, His Excellency the CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate, Mr. Abdullah Al-Hammad, praised the efforts of the organizing committees and working teams to make this exceptional global event a success and achieve the aspirations of all target groups, announcing that the total sales of local and international developers of various real estate units during the exhibition exceeded 20 billion riyals, and the value of strategic agreements between many parties reached more than 30 billion riyals, in addition to 180 billion riyals worth of first-day launches; Thus, the total value of real estate transactions at the exhibition exceeds more than 230 billion riyals.<\/p>\n
