This positive performance reflects the sector\u2019s recovery and the boom in construction projects, further solidifying the Kingdom\u2019s position as a major contributor to the industry <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/71869\/\">Cement<\/a> <\/strong>Regionally and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>Sales by cement companies in Saudi Arabia rose by 7.55% in November 2024, compared to the same month in 2023. Total sales by major companies\u2014including domestic deliveries and export volumes\u2014reached approximately 4.76 million metric tons, compared to 4.43 million metric tons in November 2023, according to monthly data from \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yamamacement.com\/\">Al-Yamamah Cement<\/a><\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Domestic cement sales rose by 7.03%, reaching 4.6 million metric tons in November 2024, compared to 4.29 million metric tons in the same month last year.<\/p>\n<p>As for export volumes, they jumped by 24.06%, reaching 165,000 metric tons, compared to 133,000 metric tons in November 2023, reflecting the expansion of Saudi companies into foreign markets.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Yamama Cement topped the list with sales of 597,000 metric tons in November 2024, compared to 515,000 metric tons for the same month last year, an increase of 15.92%.<br \/>\nSaudi Cement came in second place with total sales of 471,000 metric tons, compared to 431,000 metric tons in November 2023, marking an increase of 9.28%.<br \/>\nAs for Al-Shamaliya Cement, it recorded the lowest sales among the major companies, falling to 36,000 metric tons, compared to 39,000 metric tons in November 2023, a decline of 7.7%.<br \/>\nTotal cement production in Saudi Arabia rose by 14.3% in November 2024, reaching 4.93 million metric tons, compared to 4.31 million metric tons in the same month of the previous year. Inventory levels also increased by 11.1%, reaching 1.16 million metric tons, compared to 1.04 million metric tons in November 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The positive performance of the Saudi cement sector reflects the expansion of development and construction projects within the Kingdom, as well as improvements in production efficiency and an increase in the export share of Saudi companies.
