The registration includes the following neighborhoods: (Al-Shamiya New Neighborhood, part of Al-Shabika New Neighborhood, part of Al-Filq New Neighborhood, part of Al-Kharaa Baab New Neighborhood, part of Al-Qashashiya New Neighborhood, part of Al-Hajla New Neighborhood, part of Al-Tamia New Neighborhood, part of Al-Mada\u2019a New Neighborhood, part of Al-Hamra New Neighborhood, part of Al-Rida New Neighborhood, part of Al-Mas\u2019al New Neighborhood, part of Al-Makhama New Neighborhood, part of Al-Adil New Neighborhood, part of Al-Qurtaba New Neighborhood, part of Al-Safa New Neighborhood, part of Al-Tamia New Neighborhood, part of Al-Rayyah New Neighborhood, part of Al-Sharia New Neighborhood, part of Al-Makhama New Neighborhood, part of Al-Madigah New Neighborhood, parts of Al-Adil Neighborhood, parts of Al-Khadra Neighborhood, parts of Al-Sharaa Neighborhood, parts of Al-Safa Neighborhood, parts of Al-Magsus Neighborhood, parts of Al-Tamia Neighborhood, parts of Al-Wadi Jalil Neighborhood, part of Al-Safa Neighborhood, parts of Al-Mughams Neighborhood, parts of Al-Dajil Neighborhood, parts of Al-Jilal Neighborhood, parts of Al-Khair Neighborhood, parts of Al-Qurtaba Neighborhood, parts of Al-Khadra Neighborhood, parts of Al-Sharaa Neighborhood), and real estate owners located within the registered neighborhoods must register their properties before the end of March 13, 2025 AH, corresponding to 13 Ramadan 1446 AH. It is possible to verify the location of the property if it is within the areas declared by the Real Estate Registry Platform.<\/p>\n

He called Cadastre<\/strong><\/a> Real estate owners register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform rer.sa and contact the customer service center 199002 to inquire about the registration procedures and steps, during the specified period to benefit from the real estate registry services and carry out real estate transactions with ease and simplicity, avoiding the penalties and fines set by the system for the real estate registration.<\/p>\n

The Land Registry confirmed that it is continuing its work to register properties in areas covered by the Land Registry, as part of its efforts to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by establishing a comprehensive land registry for real estate information in the Kingdom, which will serve as a unified reference for all real estate data.<\/p>\n

The Land Registry will issue a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, its description, its condition, its rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to serve as a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, thus contributing to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.<\/p>\n

It is noted that real estate areas are determined according to several criteria and based on the role of the General Authority for Real Estate, as it is the competent authority for the physical registration of real estate in accordance with the Cabinet Council\u2019s decision and the provisions of the Real Estate Registration System Regulation. Meanwhile, the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (the Real Estate Registry) is responsible for implementing the construction and management of the Real Estate Registry in the Kingdom using geospatial technologies and modern techniques through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and trust in real estate services and data.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
