The most important recommendations lie in asking the Ministry of Housing to present its temporal, spatial and urban plans to provide housing products for citizens, and the recommendations include separating the waiting lists on the Ministry of Housing portal to accelerate lending to those wishing to buy housing units from the private sector, and supporting the item allocated for this from the approved amounts.<\/p>\n<p>In another recommendation, the committee called on the Ministry of Housing to coordinate with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the concerned authorities to prepare flexible urban designs in order to increase population density in major cities that do not have suitable land for housing projects.
