His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, and His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, visited the Khazam<\/a> <\/strong>subordinate to NHC<\/a><\/strong>to familiarize themselves with the characteristics and advantages of the destination, its quality of life, and the services it provides to residents.<\/p>\n

Their Excellencies also inaugurated the NHC Community Center on the sidelines of the visit, in a pioneering move through which the company aims to enhance sustainability and quality of life and achieve integration between urban and community development, in the presence of CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al Batti.<\/p>\n

During the tour, the ministers were briefed on the quality of life in\u201cKhazam<\/a><\/strong>\u201cThe services it includes, such as green spaces and Khuzam Park, and the availability of nearby services for residents in each residential neighborhood of the destination.<\/p>\n

The community center is a qualitative addition that contributes to improving the living experience for residents and visitors to Khuzam, as it features a modern design that combines the needs of the community with the requirements of modern life, and includes integrated facilities that include large green spaces for gatherings and events, fully equipped gyms, children's areas, in addition to multi-use halls for organizing workshops and cultural and social activities.<\/p>\n

The center includes a volunteer club that provides opportunities to participate in social and humanitarian initiatives aimed at promoting humanitarian values, as well as various sports facilities such as padel courts, football and fitness gyms, a bowling alley, electronic and social gaming spaces, as well as various cultural and social facilities.
\nThe ceremony witnessed the signing of a number of strategic agreements, most notably an agreement with the Human Resources Development Fund to enhance Emiratization opportunities and empower national cadres through development programs, an agreement with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to enhance partnership in the fields of developing social facilities and areas of common interest, in addition to signing an agreement with the National Center for Nonprofit Sector Development to support voluntary activities and implement several joint initiatives, projects and investments that contribute to raising the quality of the voluntary club and launching the NHC Community Foundation.<\/p>\n

The ceremony concluded with a tour of Khuzam Destination, where the ministers were briefed on the facilities and services of the destination, which aims to create an integrated environment that improves life by surrounding the residence with many services, recreational and community facilities and green spaces, as part of the company's vision to develop integrated urban destinations that offer a new model of modern life.<\/p>\n
