NHC<\/a> <\/strong>Mohammed bin Saleh Al Batti, NHC celebrated the graduation of 150 graduates from the fourth batch of the Wa'ed program, which develops young Saudi cadres from recent bachelor's and master's graduates, at the Interactive Center in Khuzam, north of Riyadh, as the program was launched in mid-May of this year.<\/p>\n

and announced NHC<\/a> <\/strong>During the ceremony, Wa'ed announced the launch of the \u201cWa'ed Scholarship\u201d track in partnership with the Ministry of Education, with the aim of enabling high achievers from the program to enroll in top international universities, which includes several strategic disciplines such as cyber security, interior design, artificial intelligence, real estate development, as well as computer solutions, with scholarship destinations to countries such as Australia and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

This new track represents a qualitative opportunity to raise the efficiency of national cadres in vital fields that are in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, contributing to the preparation of a new generation of experts capable of leading the real estate and digital future in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

The fourth edition of the Wa'ed program is an extension of the previous batches, realizing its vision to invest in the development of the next generation of recent graduates in various disciplines and includes a number of tracks in engineering, information technology, software development, project management, user experience, human resources, finance, business administration, law, and other related disciplines, as the program provided trainees with many competitive benefits, such as rewarding monthly bonuses, medical insurance, and graduation bonus for successful graduates.<\/p>\n

She explained NHC<\/a> <\/strong>The Wa'ed program aims to enrich the real estate development industry and support the Saudi labor market with ambitious drivers, by qualifying and developing the human capabilities of recent graduates and professionally equipping them for the labor market using the best training channels. The program also seeks to create quality opportunities for young men and women in various regions of the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

NHC designed the program according to a five-year plan that aims to train and qualify more than 500 recent graduates by 2025, as part of its efforts to support and develop local content with training programs that attract young future talents, to enable them to acquire the necessary expertise and skills in various fields by working with highly experienced professionals, thus contributing to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
