Challenges and Promising Hopes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The Kingdom's delegation is headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipalities and<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/momah.gov.sa\/ar\">Housing<\/a><\/strong> To stimulate housing supply and real estate development, this session is an opportunity to exchange experiences and enhance cooperation between Arab countries in the fields of housing and urban development.<\/p>\n<p>The agenda of the 41st session, held in Algeria, includes the executive plan of the Arab Strategy for Housing and Urban Development, new urban trends, the importance of global sustainable development, strengthening Arab cooperation in the fields of housing and reconstruction, contributing to meeting the needs of citizens and developing infrastructure in Arab countries.<\/p>\n<p>The conference sheds light on ways to advance urban policies and sustainable construction, mechanisms to develop urban planning to build resilient and safe cities capable of resilience and sustainability, in addition to the importance of green buildings, best practices and experiences that will achieve sustainable development and quality of life, and identifying decent housing standards to meet the needs of different segments of Arab societies.<\/p>\n<p>The poster for the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/71297\/\">Housing<\/a> <\/strong>The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's \u201cReconstruction of Affected Communities 2025,\u201d which reflects the Kingdom's keenness to build up affected communities and enhance their ability to recover and grow. Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction Award for the Bovardia City project in Jeddah Governorate, in a tie with the Emirati residential neighborhood project in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).<\/p>\n<p>The work of the 41st session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Housing and Construction comes in line with the directives of the United Nations program to develop the 2030 Housing and Sustainable Urban Development Strategy and the Sustainable Development Goals to make cities and human settlements inclusive and sustainable, endorsed by the League of Arab States at the 30th
