The company \u201cNHC<\/a><\/strong>\u201dConstruction has begun on the second substation and electrical transmission lines in Al-Fursan, northeast of Riyadh, with a value exceeding 285 million riyals and covering an area of more than 5,600 m2, The substation will be connected to the grid via high-voltage transmission lines exceeding 20 km in length, with the goal of providing electricity to more than 10,000 residential units, including amenities and parks.<\/p>\n

According to NHC<\/a> <\/strong>These efforts follow the first phase, which began earlier this year, aimed at completing the infrastructure at the destination, including water, electricity, and telecommunications networks, as well as street lighting, sidewalks, and road paving, and the allocation of sites for public service facilities. These works will be carried out in accordance with the highest standards to provide an integrated residential environment within model urban communities.<\/p>\n
