Revealed Dubai Real Estate Transactions Department<\/a>, regarding the registration of <\/strong>\u00a0The Dubai real estate market set a new record this week, as it surpassed Real estate transactions<\/a> 22.7 billion dirhams, through 4,955 transactions, marking the highest weekly value ever recorded in the market\u2019s history. This increase was driven by several factors, most notably the rise in mortgage values, which saw a marked increase as the pace of interest rate cuts in the market accelerated. As a result, weekly trading volume surpassed the previous peak recorded in early October, which stood at 21.4 billion dirhams.<\/p>\n

Among these transactions, total real estate sales this week reached 12.8 billion dirhams, with more than 4,024 sales recorded, while the total value of mortgage transactions reached 9.1 billion dirhams across 779 transactions. The Land and Property Department also recorded 152 gift transactions worth 833 million dirhams.<\/p>\n

In terms of transaction types, land sales were distributed across 688 transactions, while residential units accounted for 3,011 transactions, and 325 buildings were sold. As for real estate mortgages, 236 plots of land, 613 residential units, and 79 buildings were mortgaged.<\/p>\n

In terms of the most active areas in the market, Dubai Industrial City topped the sales list with 803 million dirhams, followed by Business Bay with 753 million dirhams, and then Palm Jebel Ali with 664 million dirhams. Areas such as Airport City and Palm Jumeirah also saw notable transactions, totaling 662 million dirhams and 494 million dirhams, respectively.<\/p>\n

Among the most notable transactions in the market this week were the sale of a plot of land in the First Commercial Center area for 445 million dirhams, as well as the sale of another plot of land in the Al Rasha Heights area for 151 million dirhams, and the sale of a residential apartment in Palm Jumeirah for 43 million dirhams.<\/p>\n

As for real estate mortgages, a commercial plot of land in Business Bay was mortgaged for 523 million dirhams, in addition to other mortgages on residential and commercial plots in the same area and in the Al-Riffa area.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
