His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Province and Honorary President of the \u201cRestoration<\/a>\u201dThe ceremony organized by the association under the title \u201cMillennium\" was held at the Emirate's headquarters yesterday. His Highness inaugurated the first mobile maintenance workshop of the \u201cSaudi Entrepreneurial Technicians\u201d initiative, and listened to an explanation from the Saudi technicians operating these workshops, then toured the \u201cTaramim\u201d exhibition accompanying the celebration, and was briefed on the activities and work of volunteers and the voluntary efforts they provide.<\/p>\n

HH The Amir of Eastern Province handed over the 1000th house to one of the beneficiaries of the association, appreciating the efforts of the association's officials.<\/p>\n

He pointed to the association's journey in rehabilitating and restoring the homes of the neediest families, which has witnessed many developments in recent years, enabling it to provide a stable housing environment for the beneficiaries, looking forward to continuing the work to achieve more successes.<\/p>\n

For his part, the chairman of the board of directors of Association<\/strong> Restoration <\/a>Engineer Hamad Al-Khalidi, the support of His Highness the Emir of the Eastern Province for the association, who gave all care and attention to this idea since its inception, pointing out that it started when the first civil association specialized in the restoration path was established at the level of the Kingdom and the scope of its work in the Eastern Province, and its beginning was to meet His Highness and listen to his directives that were a road map for success in this developmental mission.<\/p>\n

He pointed out that in the first phase of its establishment, the association was keen on institutional building and attracting qualified leadership and executive management, and this phase was characterized by the establishment of a system Restoration<\/a> <\/strong>After that, the contribution of individual volunteers, large and small, was the largest number of Taramim's achievements, and the experience of Taramim was replicated in five regions and became a house of expertise at the level of the Kingdom, thanks to God, then the support of the wise leadership \u201cmay God protect it\u201d and the guidance of His Highness the Emir of the Eastern Province and His Highness his deputy, and the support of the public and private sectors and the participation of volunteers and male and female volunteers.

Ali Al-Asmari, Secretary General of the Society, gave a presentation on the vision for the future of the Society, and reviewed the achievements achieved until October 20, 2024, referring to the figures that reflect the development of the Society, where the number of volunteers reached 10,529 volunteers, who completed 325,649 volunteer hours with an economic return of more than 16.6 million riyals, and the number of homes restored by the Society in the Eastern Province reached 1000 homes, benefiting 5,367 male and female beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

Al-Asmari reviewed the Society's future vision and goals for 2025, where the Society aims to restore 500 homes, maintain 500 additional homes, and furnish 400 homes, with the aim of improving the lives of more than 9,000 beneficiaries. The Society also seeks to achieve 75,000 volunteer hours with the participation of 2,500 volunteers, with an estimated economic return of SAR 4,275,000, which reflects the Society's commitment to expand its impact and strengthen its efforts in supporting the neediest families.<\/p>\n
