I declare Cadastre<\/a><\/strong> Today, the city of Madinah began accepting applications for the first round of in-person registration for 370 parcels of land in four neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

Registration covers the following neighborhoods: (part of the Central District, part of the Badaa neighborhood, part of the Al-Naga neighborhood, and the Al-Manakha neighborhood), Property owners within these neighborhoods must register their properties by the end of March 31, 2025, corresponding to 2 Shawwal 1446 AH. Property owners can verify whether their property is located within the designated areas through the Land Registry platform.<\/p>\n

The Land Registry has called on property owners to register their properties through the Land Registry platform (rer.sa) and to contact the Customer Service Center at 199002, to inquire about registration procedures and steps during the specified period. This will allow them to benefit from the Land Registry\u2019s services, conduct real estate transactions with ease, and avoid the penalties and fines stipulated by the Real Estate Registration System.<\/p>\n

The Land Registry confirmed that it is continuing its work to register properties in areas covered by the Land Registry, as part of its efforts to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by establishing a comprehensive land registry for real estate information in the Kingdom, which will serve as a unified reference for all real estate data.<\/p>\n

The Land Registry issues the property number<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The Land Registry will issue a \u201cproperty number\u201d and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, its description, its condition, its rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to serve as a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, thus contributing to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.<\/p>\n

The real estate zones are determined according to several criteria and based on the role of the General Authority for Real Estate as the competent authority for the in-kind registration of real estate in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the Real Estate Registration Law, while the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) carries out the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using technologies, geospatial data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
