private or third sector organizations, seek to provide their services or products to their target customers or what some entities call service beneficiaries, and the provision of these services has basic standards and requirements, as well as rules and regulations that set the general framework for the workflow mechanism from the beginning until the customer or beneficiary receives the required service on time.<\/p>\n<p>Competition in the provision of these services, whether commercial competition or competition in the provision of government services between agencies or even between departments of the same agency, makes it imperative for their departments to set standards, methods of performance measurement and a sequence of procedures that would control the customer's journey from the beginning to the end of the service in all its details.<\/p>\n<p>Hence the importance of having customer satisfaction metrics after completing their journey in the required entity that reflect the extent of their satisfaction with the performance of employees and internal procedures and their ease or difficulty, and in turn give feedback to the concerned management about the observations and issues facing customers and beneficiaries during their journey, and this would help immediately to avoid errors, modify requirements or improve procedures that will in turn lead to providing the best and most complete service, which is what all service organizations aspire to and seek to obtain in turn <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\"
