It directly contributes to achieving the objectives of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector and stimulates economic growth by preparing qualified practitioners who hold accredited professional certifications and licenses to engage in various real estate activities. Since its establishment, the Saudi Real Estate Institute has successfully trained more than 300,000 beneficiaries by offering over 4,500 training programs across five main tracks, including real estate consulting, real estate analytics, real estate brokerage and marketing, real estate investments, and real estate registration. In addition, the Institute is working to offer modern training tracks that incorporate real estate technologies, which contribute to innovative real estate solutions that support the construction of sustainable cities of the future.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that \u201cthe Authority,\u201d through the Saudi Real Estate Institute, is working to develop leaders who will help transform the Saudi real estate sector into a global model of innovation and professionalism, in addition to charting a clear roadmap for the customer journey in the real estate sector, starting with empowerment and leading to the achievement of sustainability.
