Ruzvi indicated that relying on Real estate technology<\/a><\/strong><\/span> It has become a crucial factor in the development of the market, and a fundamental element of competition in providing real estate services more quickly and comprehensively, with higher returns; as digital platforms have proven their ability to create a professional environment across various disciplines within the system, pushing the sector towards adopting technological solutions as a fundamental standard for sustainable growth and competitiveness.<\/p>\n

Regarding the most important characteristics of the real estate sector in 2024, Razwi said: \u00bb<\/strong><\/a>We note an increase in the number of real estate transactions by 38%, reaching more than 106,700 transactions in the first half of the year, and an increase in their total value by 50% to reach 127.3 billion Saudi riyals. The figures we witnessed in the market are a direct result of the increase in demand for land and housing, especially around major projects that offer distinctive real estate products. She pointed out that the market has shifted from traditional speculation to deliberate and more sustainable investments.<\/p>\n

Rouzai described that the factors of sustainability in the real estate sector depend on the integration between government regulation, easy financing, and modern technologies, with a focus on training human resources to ensure the continuity of market development and achieving its long-term goals. Government regulation: the implementation of new standards and regulations in line with the evolving growth of the market.<\/p>\n

Financing: Providing affordable financing programs to increase the ownership rate and raise the investment rate in the sector.<\/p>\n

Technology: Building, using, and adopting modern technology in construction and marketing processes that align with the unique requirements and needs of the Saudi real estate market.<\/p>\n

Training: Training and qualifying the employees in the sector to the latest practices so that we can compete with global markets.<\/p>\n
