Sustaining achievements<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Abdulaziz Al-Issa<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>With steady and confident strides <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/amlak_news\">Real estate sector<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Towards the end of the first quarter of the third millennium, celebrating many milestones and achievements that doubled its responsibility to maintain this high level of glow and attract more interested parties and investors to it.<\/p>\n<p>2025 is coming to us with legislative regulations and controls that gave the property its value as a national wealth that must be preserved and maximized according to transactions and procedures fully supported by real estate technologies to achieve speed, accuracy, transparency and preservation of the rights of all beneficiaries, and went further by qualifying, training and refining cadres to block the outlets for the random market, manipulators and those who seek to distort the sector; These sincere national efforts led the Global Real Estate Transparency Index for 2024 to classify the Saudi real estate market as one of the most improved markets globally, this praise and evaluation came as a result of the efficiency of the sector.<\/p>\n<p>Just as I found the achievements celebrated in 2024, the new year will be full of challenges to preserve, maximize and pay attention to the general gains, especially with regard to explaining more than 20 legislations to the real estate public, to reach all real estate dealers, so we hope that the new year will be full of real estate culture and activating councils and diwaniyas to talk about the future of the sector in light of these great incentives that made the regulations a protective shield against overreach, confusion and swimming against the current.<\/p>\n<p>Among the achievements of 2024 is the outstanding success of the real estate exchange, where the total amount traded for completed orders reached about 1.5 trillion riyals, and more than 210 thousand transactions were completed during the first half of this year 2024.
