operations provided to beneficiaries in 2024 included: 2.9 million operations through more than 30 available e-services, 5.2 million electronic operations in partnership with the housing system and financing entities, 1.9 million operations through the portal, about 980 thousand electronic operations through branches, 200 thousand operations through the beneficiary care account, in addition to one million electronic operations through the unified call center.<\/p>\n<p>Its e-services are characterized by<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/65836\/\"> Real Estate Development Fund<\/a> <\/strong>It comes in the context of its contribution to facilitate the beneficiary's journey to obtain housing by automating the services provided with high quality without the need to visit branches, and maximizing the use of financing and housing solutions electronically, in order to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030 - to provide opportunities to own suitable housing for Saudi families.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund received the National Enterprise Architecture Accreditation Certificate from the Digital Government Authority as part of the results of the 2024 Digital Transformation Benchmark Index, in order to apply the best standards and frameworks for enterprise
